https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/media-sound/ezstream says there's a new version of ezstream (version 1.0.2), and so there is (if you can consider an update from 2020 "new"). Attached is an updated ebuild for it; it's an exact copy of the 0.6.0-r3 ebuild that's in tree, with the addition of dependency on dev-libs/check, which is apparently now a build-time requirement (and I'm not 100% sure, but I think putting it in DEPEND is correct here...) Sadly, that's not a good ebuild - they dropped dependency on libvorbis and made taglib a mandatory dependency.
