In those last few critical seconds when I'm clutching the keyboard and bite its keys off, bidwatcher goes tits-up on me: ================== Trying to snipe with idx 2 key 'blah_blah_blah' amount 311.23 quantity 1 [2005-06-01 20:31:33] Refreshing auction information. *** glibc detected *** double free or corruption (out): 0x080f88c0 *** ================== Not nice (I've lost two auctions so far). :( Thinking about I was logged in to ebay using another box when this happened, but that shouldn't matter, right? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Launch bidwatcher 2.Set it up 3.Snipe time comes Actual Results: Bidwatcher crashes. how is this a blocker?
I can confirm that bidwatcher also segfaulted for me at least twice so far. I believe both times were as the auction approaches, but several minutes away (15-45, maybe), not seconds before sniping. I did not get a core dump from the segfault.

Now it does not sefault anymore, because it never reaches the stage of snipping. :( The auction numbers are rejected as Invalid, e.g.: =============== [2005-08-19 23:51:16] Error: Invalid auction number. (5232232130) =============== -- Regards, Mick
Removing from portage, it's useless.
