      Latest version available: 2.6.0
      Latest version installed: 2.6.0
      Homepage: http://www.zope.org
Description: Complete binary package for Zope web application framework

The binary tarball of zope-2.6. Claimed to fix the security issues with
earlier versions. Still needs python-2.1 which is provided by this package and
exclusively used by zope itself. Zope can run as another user than the one
starting it, and this is used to have it run in a sandbox. The ebuild will
create a user and group zope (guid 8080) and changes some stuff so that the
service can be started by root but then will run as the unprivileged zope
user. Unmerging the ebuild will remove said user again.

I made this because I wanted to try out zope and noticed that the former
version is masked because of python version issues (?) and security
vulnerabilities considering traceback info. I figured in this case a "binary"
package isn't that bad an idea because it can have its desired python
interpreter without interfering with the rest of Gentoo which heavily relies
on python. It works and zope looks really interesting.

Comments are welcome. If I've done something wrong or stupid please tell me.

I suggest dropping this in favour of #9474 which was entered shortly after
this one and which has already been commited. Ignore.
