mirrorselect -d 9 -s3 -b10 -c USA -o >>mirrorselect-s3-no-deep.log 2>&1

I've attached a log showing the -s3 option only returning two mirrors.

Here's another log, this time asking for 5 mirrors but only receiving 2.
