I think you got unlucky with this one as it got fixed probably after you'd already started building many packages, it happens.

In this case, I had a feeling xemacs had been already filed (thought I'd seen it before), and searched: a) xemacs (saw nothing), then b) "ALL xemacs" to check recently closed bugs and noticed that one.
