Please stabilize

 dev-util/cbindgen-0.27.0: no change for 40 days, since 2024-08-11

It could be pretty bad - don't remember if I tested it, but I have a feeling 0.27.0 will break compiling firefox and thunderbird. So we'd need a patch (IIRC the one from 128esr+ doesn't apply cleanly) or restrict <cbindgen-0.27.0 in the ebuilds.

Yeah I'm overdue solving this one way or another. Was hoping I could get rid of 115esr and stabilize 0.27.0 in parallel with 128esr line.

Nevermind, I'm 2 steps ahead of myself and 115 does include the patch for 0.27.0 already.
