Description Patrick Borjesson 2005-05-25 13:08:15 UTC
It seems after an upgrade to version 0.35_rc1 of gdesklets-core, hypertail stops
working... If one starts up the desklet after the upgrade gdesklets starts using
100% CPU and hypertail just hangs...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade to version 0.35_rc1 of gdesklets-core
2. Install desklet-hypertail
3. Start gdesklets and from there start hypertail
4. See your cpu have fun ;)

Actual Results:
Hypertail stops working, and gdesklets hogs the CPU

Expected Results:
Hypertail should have continued working as it did before the upgrade of
gdesklets-core

Comment 1 Joe Sapp (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-07-05 20:19:33 UTC
This is an upstream bug with the desklet itself. Was it working well with 0.34.3?
Comment 2 Patrick Borjesson 2005-07-07 06:18:03 UTC
Yup (if that was the latest ~x86 version at the time). Have reinstalled my
system since the date of this bug's birth, so I can't really know if that was
the exact version... Sorry =\
