mlt 7.28.0 was released, please bump. Bug #939708 likely depends on it because upstream builds of shotcut 24.09.13 include mlt 7.28.0 (https://www.shotcut.org/blog/new-release-240913/). Please also create a 9999 version of the mlt ebuild so people using the 9999 ebuild for shotcut can pick a matching mlt revision. Reproducible: Always
9999 won't happen unless shotcut maintainer wants to co-maintain mlt.
