The dev-lang/perl-5.40 package has been stabilized but in a stable system you can't update due to the package =virtual/perl-Getopt-Long-2.570.0-r1 not being stabilized.

kurly or Eli: I can't do it myself atm, can one of you go over virtual/perl-* and add into this bug for amd64 any which have a non stable version? For other arches I'll handle it later.

Sorry for the mess, that ALLARCHES fooled me and I keyworded the packages manually. Should work now. I'll wait for mirror to sync and see if emerge can update, then close this bug.
