On QT there is issue with rendering on older video card hardware (i915 for example) 

KDE and SDDM are saying that QT needs to resolve this issue. 
I have created bug report https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-126706

It's Qt, not QuickTime. ;)
