The ebuild for nano already modifies the /etc/nanorc file to uncomment "include" lines (https://bugs.gentoo.org/851726)

It would be nice to have an /etc/nanorc.d/ directory that could be used to set settings overrides that won't require using dispatch-conf every time the package is rebuilt.
