There's an annoying bug in the current Bitwarden client causing the inability to add new accounts, due to collections not being shown. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start Bitwarden 2.Log in into Bitwarden 3.Try adding an item Actual Results: Unable to add an item as collections aren't shown Expected Results: Being able to add an item and a list of displayed collections. https://github.com/bitwarden/clients/issues/8258
