Trying to build rocBLAS-5.1.3-r4 for gfx-1010 (rx5700) as dependency for miopen it fails on my system with such errors. 
Did not find them yet in upstream bugs so maybe i have a weird constellation here.

sorry, i thought it is a different issue on a different version.
Will wait and check 6.1
