amule web site have just release amule 2.0.1 : 

"This is a very important HOTFIX release. Everyone should update ASAP to 2.0.1.
The release fixes 100% CPU usage caused by some missconfigured (let's not be
paranoid) servers' packets, among other stuff."

Thanks for updating

Also amule ebuilds are old-date, 2.0.0 also have been released many days ago so
rc are useless
