For now this is only in live ebuild, upstream dropped the code:

But next releases of tesseract will not have opencl USE-flag anymore

For transition (it may be a while until all versions are dropped from tree), I guess (-) use-dependency-default is OK for opencv? I see cuda+tesseract depend on tesseract[opencl], hopefully this is not hard dependency.

This now prevents tesseract upgrade to 5.4.1 in tree.
