As per documentation the latest release supports Ruby 3.3. Please add relevant target to the ebuild. Reproducible: Always
Not all its dependencies have the ruby33 target, notably dev-ruby/haml. I'll have a look at the blockers to see if anything can be done there.
It turns out that the blocker with dev-ruby/haml was easy to resolve at this point.
