dev-util/svk-1.00 is masked on amd64 as are two of it's dependancies.

This is what I had to add to package.keywords in order to get SVK installed.  A number of these modules are pure-perl so if they work one arch that should work on all archs (unless there are arch bugs in perl itself).  Perhaps there should be a change of policy with reguards to ebuilds for Perl modules?
