Same failure with both GNU libtool and slibtool, I'm guessing something related to the test/checkaffinity test script.
I see now I am failing on a different test than Toralf. ./../test/checkaffinity --show doesn't agree with physcpubind for cpu 1 ./../test/checkaffinity FAILED!!!!
