emerge --info sci-libs/rocBLAS

rocBLAS build directory grew to 40 G at the end of it. I think its reasonable to have a check-reqs check for poor souls like me with my 30 G tmpfs's.

Logged the growth every minute and it steadily grew over time with final install size being 3.2G.

@alfred might be unrelated but I noticed you have LLVM_TARGETS="AMGPU X86" instead of LLVM_TARGETS="AMDGPU X86"
