Please stabilize installkernel-18 and the accompanying backwards compatibility wrapper installkernel-systemd-4-r1. Dracut 060_pre20240104 contains an important fix for compatibility with the 'grub' layout for installkernel[systemd] and should therefore be stabilized as well. This is a bit early but stabilizing this allows us to clean-up installkernel-systemd and || () dependencies in kernel-install.eclass which in turn clears the road for removing the enabling by default of the dracut flag on installkernel which was added as a workaround for Bug 917145 but many users are (understandably) unhappy about this default.

Gentle ping for arm. I'd like to drop version 12 of sys-kernel/installkernel at around the same time as the final removal of sys-kernel/installkernel-systemd (in about 2 weeks)
