Issue: kde-apps/okular-23.08.4 fails to compile (MUSL-SYSTEM).
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox_musl)

(MUSL-SYSTEM) in the summary means that bug was found on a machine that runs MUSL libc but this bug MAY or MAY NOT BE related to musl.

tinderbox_musl has reproduced this issue with version 23.08.5 - Updating summary.

There's an old upstream issue about it here:
I added some new info to it.

Since the ultimate upstream for this code is SyncTeX, I filed an issue there as well:
