Compilation fails because in nauty.h:63:
  63 #define _FILE_OFFSET_BITS
this macro was not given a value. Therefore subsequent comparisons fail.

However in the upstream source tar ball: https://pallini.di.uniroma1.it/nauty2_8_8.tar.gz, nauty.h:63, the macro is properly defined:
  63 #define _FILE_OFFSET_BITS 0

I believe there might be something wrong with line 54-55 in this patch "${WORKDIR}/debian/patches/upstream-autotoolization.patch".
