I'm experiencing the same issue '403 Forbidden'. I did not realize who develops this software until I wikied it, oh boy, hard pass and I highly recommend anyone else to look elsewhere for an office suite.

Seems like WPS slightly changed their CDN address - from the website I can download the last version here:

No idea what "XA" means.
Also no idea whether I can get MIPS/ARM/Longsoon versions.

I've found amd64 version on Ubuntu Kylin mirror:

I've was able to bump the package to last version from the same CDN:

It works fine without further modifications in ebuild.
