The older bug 860996 is also odd, although that one may well be fixed already and isn't GCC 14 least.

Had kinda forgot about it, been leaving it open because haven't tried musl with this yet (never reproduced with glibc, maybe it hits a broken code path otherwise). It may well be obsolete indeed though.
Fixed in 14.0.0_pre20231119.
