We need a firefox >=116 stable for binutils-2.41. Please pick one and trigger stabilization!
118.x isn't esr, so the fix will need to be backported to 115.x
I test all ESR on ~arch before stabilizing them. If binutils-2.41 hasn't been hardmasked, there shouldn't be any issues.

Our old 115esr patches have: 0028-bgo-911679-gcc-binutils-2.41.patch but that was dropped for 115.4.0. Which, without verifying, most likely means it's been merged upstream for 115.4.0.
