/var/log/genkernel.log from reproing machine

It appears genkernel is no longer configuring open-iscsi correctly, surface level fault appears to be either, or both:

1. disable systemd is not correctly expressed
2. libcrypto is not being linked correctly

/var/log/genkernel.log is attached

Looks like newer versions of iscsi require openssl[static-libs] for libcrypto... I'm not sure we want to add this as a hard dependency, for now I will add an optfeature line to the ebuild to mention installing it
