downgrading to 2.9.4-r3 have fixed the issue

Are you still hitting the issue with xfce-base/thunar-4.18.7, sys-libs/libblockdev-3.0.3 and sys-fs/udisks-2.10.1?

In that case please report it to upstream and leave here the link for tracking the issue:

Tried today and yes still having issues. Although it is not just thunar cause 3 file managers Ive tried are also affected by it.

Anyway, I have submitted an issue in the upstream

so can close this. Turns out its my nvme's. I have updated firmware on my nvme's and all issues are gone
