I've fleshed out the basics for using the new binhost currently on a new or existing system at https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/User:Immolo/Arch_Destroyer_2000 

I'll explain the profile and CFLAGS options used on amd64 in the next update before moving on to explain the more niche arches. 

My User page is open to editing if you wish to change something or just ping me on IRC to fix anything that is wrong.

bug 912648 is weird but it doesn't seem to be a blocker, so removing

Preliminary timeline: 

* 1/1/2024  Unmask Portage 3.0.57 on package builders
            Start stabilization of glibc-2.38 (bug 915653)

* 8/1/2024  Announcement?
