This may not be a bug at all but something seems to be missing.
After the installation completes and I get the first boot :

g# useradd -c 'The Admin Dude' -d /home/admsys -e '' -f 0 -g users -m \
> -s /bin/bash -u 1001 admsys
Creating mailbox file: No such file or directory
g# 

Seems like some directory somewhere is missing.
