After upgrade to Vivaldi-6.1.3035.84 with ffmpeg-chromium-114 youtube gives green screen unless vulkan config flag is not enabled in vivaldi. Previous combination of vivaldi-6.0 and ffmpeg-chromium-106 worked with vulkan all right. I could probably just drop that USE flag. Chrome doesn't enable Vulkan in its ffmpeg build, but I figured it wouldn't hurt, and there was maybe a chance it could improve performance in some cases. Given that it's had an effect here, albeit a negative one, perhaps there was some merit to that. You're running quite an old kernel though. Have you tried upgrading? How about your version of Mesa?

What surprised me is that previous combination of vivaldi/ffmpeg, worked with enabled vulkan config (unless it just ignored it :) )
