Hello,

It seems Fedora/RHEL bumped to a 2.1.1 version:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pmw/blob/rawhide/f/python-pmw.spec

Even if I am not sure about its status, as latest one seems to be 2.1
https://sourceforge.net/projects/pmw/files/

But some distributions started to bump it
https://repology.org/project/python:pmw/versions

Then, I am unsure about which newer version is the correct one... even if as more distributions are bumping to 2.1.1 maybe that would be "safer" than 2.1
