When new version of discord is available, on start it shows unskippable upgrade window. But no such window appears in flatpak version. I've looked into it and found a script: https://github.com/flathub/com.discordapp.Discord/blob/master/disable-breaking-updates.py When Gentoo had recently only 0.0.26 and 0.0.27 was already out, I've updated config of my user, and it stopped nagging me about update and just allowed me to continue using discord until eventually new version hit Gentoo repo. I think adding post install message about this script or config file it updates would be great. Packaging this script might also be an option. Unfortunately, it's a per-user config. I didn't look if there are global settings possible. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run old discord version when new is out Actual Results: Unskippable "upgrade me" window. Expected Results: Discord just working.
The script works here - thank you for finding it!
