Reassigned to proper maintainer, as he is not in the media-tv herd. maintainer-wanted should not be added as long as a package has a maintainer.
Sorry, the addition of 'maintainer-wanted' was done as per a suggestion from a dev on #Gentoo (irc.freenode.net).

Oh, I didn't checked bugzilla for a tvtime-0.99-request. But as I didn't saw Obz for a couple of months now, I just added that package to the tree after some testing on my TV-box. Anyways: Closing this bug.
