Removed DAHDI which is too late to the party. Updated asterisk versions.
Aiming to push a new (works up to kernel 6.2 at least, haven't had the courage to do 6.3 yet) net-misc/dahdi-6.2.0 in the next few days. That'll need a quick stable since old versions simply don't compile against newer kernels, and older kernels simply don't compile with newer compilers. I believe the majority of asterisk users use it without DAHDI - I don't think we have a single install left where DAHDI is *required*.
