Description Bharath Ramesh 2005-04-13 20:18:57 UTC
After I upgraded to gentoo-sources-2.6.11-r5 I notice that when I am running X my touchpad on my laptop is producing to many clicks. That is when I am not tapping the touchpad just moving my finger on it causes random clicks to occur. I never have that problem when I run gentoo-sources-2.6.10-r6. I am running Xorg 6.8.2-r1

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge gentoo-2.6.11-r5
2. start X
3. use touchpad

Please attach dmesg output. Is this an ALPS touchpad?
