Emerging rosegarden-4.0.9.8 fails with an error about KDE headers/configuration.

kde-base/kate & deps are only KDE packs emerged before this.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge rosegarden

Actual Results:  
checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

This was fixed as part of bug 86047.

sound herd: probably version 4.1.0-r1 is ready to go stable...
