https://blogs.gentoo.org/ago/2020/07/04/gentoo-tinderbox/ Issue: dev-db/qdbm-1.8.78-r4 does not respect CFLAGS. Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: usr-merge_tinderbox) NOTE: (USR-MERGE-SYSTEM) in the summary means that the bug was found on a machine that runs default/linux/amd64/17.1/systemd/merged-usr profile but this bug MAY or MAY NOT BE related to the new profile. To reproduce this issue you may want to add "-frecord-gcc-switches" to CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS/FFLAGS/FCFLAGS. If this is not something about c/c++ context see this bug as an hint to hide the QA warning (with QA_FLAGS_IGNORED) where is not possible to respect CFLAGS.
