The first 4 lines can be avoided by 
    export MESA_DEBUG=silent
Maybe worth to add this tweak to the environment by the ebuild ?

But the next 4 lines will still occur and are annoying IMO.
Any chance to suppress them (by another env var) ?

Hmmmm sure I think some of these could be tied behind "debug" use flag.
