% ntpd --version
ntpd: ntpd email@example.com Fri Apr 8 20:27:12 EDT 2005 (1)

% /etc/init.d/ntp-client status
* status: started
running. But I can't find a man-page for ntp-client. Was I
supposed to have
I've stopped ntp-client and have now done
% /etc/init.d/ntpd start
% rc-update add ntpd default
Please excuse me if the error was mine.
ntpd is not the samething as ntp-client
ntp-client just runs `ntpdate` to set your clock
I can not reproduce the bug, so I will mark it closed.
