The wine shared library path should be added to ld.so.conf via an env.d file and env-update.  File is attached.

The wine windows binary format should be registered with an init script.  File is attached.

Said filesystem needs to be mounted.  Line for fstab is as follows:

none /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc binfmt_misc defaults 0 0
