Currently, this package is installing /usr/share/man/avrdude.1.bz2
This has been resolved in this commit: https://github.com/avrdudes/avrdude/commit/266eb23207faa66e5ab6f2a6717716e93e52ab59

It'd be nice to see this patch applied in the current package, given there's no indication of a new release coming anytime soon.
