for info: following comment #8, I have now lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 3 avr 15 16:41 lib64 -> lib in /usr/qt/3/ and I can emerge k3b
I am tentatively marking this as fixed, as looking at the ebuilds the symlink should be made. This does seem to have afflicted a few people and I can't see why. All ~amd64 and amd64 qt ebuilds should create that symlink, but I will keep an eyet out for this.
