Issue: sci-libs/minuit-5.34.14 calls commands that do not exist.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox_musl)

NOTE:
This machine uses MUSL libc
Please look for 'command not found' and/or 'no such file or directory'.

I think this might be a good candidate to be last rited in favor of sci-physics/root[minuit], which is kept updated. Or at least a new version should be extracted from the current ROOT sources (Minuit does have a CMake build system that should work independently from ROOT).
