libsoup won't compile without -fPIC added to CFLAGS on amd64. I only tried on an amd64 platform, so I cannot talk about other arches, but when keeping all the other Bug-Reports about this Topic in mind I think only 64-Bit-Platforms are affected.

I assume, that not only the version I tried - libsoup 2.2.3 is affected - is affected by this.
