This seems like common issues of packages written in Rust.
The ebuild runs default `src_compile` and `cargo_src_install` functions from `inherit cargo`, and does not touch the binary elsewhere.

I checked sys-apps/ripgrep-13.0.0::gentoo and it contains `QA_FLAGS_IGNORED=usr/bin/rg`, so I think this is not yet solved even in ::gentoo repo.

Now `dust` package became `sys-block/dust::gentoo` and its version is 0.8.6, so I think this bug is now "fixed" in a way.
