Issue: media-tv/v4l-utils-1.22.1-r1 fails tests (MUSL).
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox_musl)

This machine uses MUSL libc

The problem is in libbpf:

# qlist libbpf | grep ^/usr/lib

# cat /etc/
# autogenerated by env-update; make all changes to
# contents of /etc/env.d directory

It should install in /usr/lib, not /usr/lib64.

Just to note I am also seeing this behavior on a simple x86 only install with glibc. The ir-keytable command fails because libbpf is in the wrong place.
