Someone figured out that the tty layer changed in 2.6.10 and therefore this driver gives a segfault.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Running wvdial.
Actual Results:  
Kernel segmentationfault

Expected Results:  
That the modem would initiliaze.
