When I change any setting of the toolbar and restart kate, the toolbar remains with the default aspect

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Kate
2. Change any Toolbar setting, i.e: icon size from 'Default' to 'Big (32x32)' or and/remove any button
3. Close and open again kate

Actual Results:  
Kate doesn't save toolbar settings, the toolbar icon size and the buttons
layoutremain with default values

Expected Results:  
Kate saves the changed settings and they remains when re-opening kate.
