Update bridge-utils package from 1.0.4 to 1.0.6

Removed ~ppc from 1.0.6 ebuild file attached as I have not installed/tested that.

added dependency to >=sys-fs/sysfsutils-1.0

According to bugs 69400 and 69292, successful compilation of the latest
bridge-utils depends on a newer version of sys-fs/sysfsutils. I have added the
dependency >=sys-fs/sysfsutils-1.0 and can now successfully install
bridge-utils inclusive brctl :)

in cvs now.
Note that it uses the new baselayout bridge networking support instead of the bundled scripts.
