The warning comes from Repology, it picks up another piece of software ("Steve's Accounting"??? definitely not a CSS parser) from Debian's repositories. Instead of editing the Soko metadata for this package, it's probably best to report it to the Repology maintainers: https://repology.org/project/sac/report They are usually quite responsive.
